BESEIN is a sports technology company focused on democratizing football talent discovery. We build AI tools that turn match and training video—from phones, tablets, laptops, AI- enabled sideline cameras used by clubs and academies, and traditional recording setups, as long as the footage can be uploaded to BESEIN—into objective performance insights. Our platform gives players of all backgrounds a real chance to be seen, while helping Talent Identification & Development Professionals (TIDPROs) and clubs and organizations make consistent, data-informed decisions about recruitment and development.

In BESEIN, we use the term TIDPROs to describe Talent Identification & Development Professionals—the people whose work it is to spot, recruit, and improve players.

BESEIN was founded by football people who spent decades working with players in environments that rarely get full-time scouting coverage. We’ve seen talented players in small towns, public fields, and under-resourced programs who never received a real opportunity—not because they weren’t good enough, but because the right people never saw them.
BESEIN exists to change that reality by combining football knowledge with accessible, intelligent data tools that can be used from small communities to major football cities across the world.
