No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide partial, prorated, or credit-based refunds or reimbursements for unused time, features, or downgrades, or for early cancellation.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access until that period ends.
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date unless you choose to resubscribe.
Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge or an unauthorized transaction), please contact us promptly so we can investigate. Where we confirm a billing error occurred, we will correct it in accordance with applicable law and our payment processor requirements.
