Nothing on the Services constitutes medical, physiotherapy, strength-and-conditioning, legal, financial, safeguarding, or other professional advice. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, fitness testing, or in-person coaching. You should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions that could impact health, training load, injury management, education, recruitment, career, or finances.

Performance and AI Analytics

BESEIN uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze football performance. These analytics, including “AI Outputs,” are probabilistic and intended for developmental and indicative purposes. AI Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate due to limitations such as video quality, camera angle, obstruction, missing context, device constraints, and evolving model behavior. AI Outputs do not constitute a guarantee of future performance, professional recruitment, selection, scholarships, trials, contracts, representation, or any specific athletic outcome, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.

Physical Activity Risk

Football and related training activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. Users are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for such activities and for obtaining appropriate medical clearance where needed. BESEIN does not supervise, control, or direct on-field or off-field training, matches, testing, or other physical activities that may be recorded, analyzed, or discussed through the Services. BESEIN is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in football or training activities, whether organized by users or from the recording, sharing, or analysis of such activities in connection with the Services.

Messaging, User Interactions, and Safety

The Services may include user-to-user features such as chat, messaging, comments, feedback, and other interaction tools. BESEIN is not responsible for user-to-user communications or interactions, whether occurring through the Services or off-platform. A significant proportion of Players may be under eighteen (18), and Parents/Guardians and Partner Organisations remain responsible for the supervision and safeguarding of minors. BESEIN does not routinely monitor private messages and cannot guarantee that inappropriate or harmful communications will be detected before harm occurs. Users must not use the Services to bully, harass, exploit, groom, or attempt to groom any person, including minors, and must not request or share sensitive personal information (including home address, school location, private phone numbers, or private social media handles) or attempt to arrange offline meetings through the Services. If you see or experience behavior that may endanger a Player or violates BESEIN policies, report it immediately using in-Service reporting tools (where available) or by contacting us at play@beseinsports.com. BESEIN may, in its discretion and where permitted by law, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, notify relevant Partner Organisations, and/or report matters to appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm or unlawful conduct.

Professional Users and Third-Party Opportunities

The Services may be used by Professional Users (such as scouts, agents, coaches, clubs, academies, schools, and other stakeholders). BESEIN does not routinely verify the identity, qualifications, licences, background, authority, or insurance status of Professional Users or Partner Organisations and does not endorse or certify any user. Any opportunity, trial, scholarship, contract, or representation discussion is strictly between the relevant parties. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any third party or accepting any offer.

User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services, and for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents (including parental/guardian permissions, where applicable). BESEIN does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-submitted content and is not responsible for unlawful, infringing, misleading, or inappropriate content posted by others.
